We are thrilled to be up and running in our new space, and we are enjoying the integrated technology and focus on collaboration to enhance the work we do. Here are some thoughts from Robinson Gray team members who are already inspired by the energy and efficiency of our environment.

NOTE:  At this time, Pickens Street in the BullStreet District is still under construction, so GPS, Google, and Apple Maps will not correctly take you to our office. If using Google Maps or GPS to find us, we recommend putting the Freed Street Starbucks (1550 Freed St, Columbia, SC 29207)  into your GPS instead of our office address.

Our office is in the 5th floor of the WestLawn building which is located behind the Starbucks. Our visitors may park in the Freed Street parking garage between the Starbucks and WestLawn. If you have any questions or difficulty finding us, please call our main line at 803.929.1400.

More About WestLawn and BullStreet

An Innovative New Chapter

As our firm continues to grow, we look to the future. Our new office is located in WestLawn, a unique space in Columbia’s BullStreet District. Constructed of cross-laminated timber, WestLawn is the first office building of its kind in Columbia and the largest such building in South Carolina. With this new location, we look forward to celebrating our city’s history in a new way — and being a part of its dynamic future.

Where History, Nature, and Tech Meet

The BullStreet District is an active transformation of the historic, 181-acre South Carolina State Hospital campus into a vibrant, mixed-use lifestyle development in downtown Columbia, S.C. Blending 200-year-old historic buildings with walkable streets, residential areas, and outdoor spaces, BullStreet is the state’s first urban gigabit community. The district is the largest urban redevelopment project on the East Coast, and has already attracted tech-driven entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 companies. It is anchored by Columbia’s minor-league baseball team in its award-winning stadium, Segra Park.

An Energized Workspace

Inspired by nature, craft, and a timeless and classic design approach, Robinson Gray’s new office makes abundant use of natural light, exposed wood building elements, and a rooftop terrace and garden. The office’s floorplan, combined with gigabit internet speed, the latest law firm technology, and a rooftop café, enhances workflow and collaboration and elevates our client services and experience. The building’s mass timber framework allows for solid construction and modern design. As the only structural commercial building material that is a sustainable and renewable resource, it’s also environmentally responsible. More about mass timber buildings here.
