COLUMBIA, S.C. – Sarah C. Frierson has joined Robinson Gray as an associate.

Her practice with the firm will focus on appellate advocacy, business and commercial litigation, administrative and regulatory litigation, and probate and estate litigation.

Sarah graduated from Clemson University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in economics. She received her Juris Doctor in 2020 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was in the top 5 percent of her class, and graduated magna cum laude. She also served as associate managing editor of the South Carolina Law Review, and was a member of the Order of the Coif.

For the last two years, she was clerk to the Honorable John Few, of the Supreme Court of South Carolina. Before that, she clerked at Robinson Gray from 2018-2020.

She lives in Columbia, and her personal interests include cooking, travel, Clemson sports, Pilates, violin, and playing with her Boykin Spaniel, Whaley.

“We’re excited to have Sarah join our growing firm as we move into our new home in the BullStreet development,” said Cal Watson, the law firm’s managing member. “We know she will make a great contribution as a member of our appellate practice group, and of course to our clients needing representation in all her practice areas.”
