Robinson Gray seeks junior to mid-level tax attorney to join our strong commercial team and help develop and expand our tax practice.

Candidate should have:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate transactions
  • The ability and desire to develop new relationships inside and outside the firm
  • Estate planning and probate experience with the capacity to assist in the growth and development of the transactional and corporate area
  • Experience in corporate formation, state and federal tax credits and the purchase and sale of businesses a plus

Litigation Attorney

Robinson Gray seeks attorney to join our commercial litigation team, handling all aspects of litigation in complex business and financial cases.

Candidate should have:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience beyond law school (may include judicial clerkship)
  • Excellent law school grades
  • Strong writing and analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed

Robinson Gray seeks experienced workers’ compensation attorney to handle all aspects of defending workers’ compensation claims for clients including insurance companies, risk managers, employer representatives, third party administrators and self-insured employers.

Candidate should have:

  • 5+ years experience
  • Strong litigation, verbal and writing skills
  • Must be proficient in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, appeals, mediations, subrogation and settlement
