We have handled numerous corporate mergers and asset acquisitions, varying in size from small sole proprietorships to large corporations, and have also prepared numerous shareholder agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements. Our business lawyers advise clients in a wide range of commerce including owning and operating entities ranging from self-storage facilities, concrete product production and manufacturing, moving and storage businesses, professional services, real estate holding companies, aquarium sales, commercial lending, and residential lending services.
Commercial Transactions We represents lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial transactions. In addition to our significant representation of secured lenders, we represents many different types of borrowers: real estate developers, mortgage lenders, and corporations ranging from gourmet food distribution to specialty concrete products. Our secured lending practice involves asset based financing, acquisition and start-up financing and many different types of government guaranteed financing under various USDA and SBA programs.
