Title Insurance Robinson Gray attorneys are approved agents for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Investors Title Insurance Company, and are able to issue both owner and lender title insurance policies insuring properties across the entire State of South Carolina. We also serve as South Carolina counsel for the national offices of title insurance companies and various parties in large multi-state transactions.

Title Insurance Litigation Robinson Gray attorneys routinely represent the interests of national title insurers and their insured owners and lenders in litigation matters.  Our commercial team is uniquely positioned to handle title claims as this team combines attorneys with significant transactional experience with attorneys with significant real estate and foreclosure litigation experience.  The transactional side brings an understanding of the nuances of title insurance policies and the title insurance industry from the front side of transactions.  While the commercial litigators bring a depth of experience representing lenders and owners in resolving title and loan disputes in state and federal courts across South Carolina.
