At Robinson Gray, we represent clients involved in all facets of election disputes, ranging from defending incumbents in challenges brought by the losing candidates to representing election commissions involved in election protests. In addition, we successfully defended two challenges to a municipal election before the South Carolina Supreme Court.

Robinson Gray also represents clients in redistricting litigation, which includes assisting counsel in drawing election districts and providing advice in preparing submissions to the United States Department of Justice. In addition, Robinson Gray has represented clients in challenges brought alleging violations of Section 2 and Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.
