At Robinson Gray Stepp Laffitte, strong women have always been at our core—and continue to shape our future. Named after two trailblazing female attorneys, Betsy Gray and Becky Laffitte, our firm prides itself on steadfastly supporting and elevating women both in law and business.
We established our Women Lawyers Affinity Group to foster connection, collaboration, and mentorship for women professionals across all career stages.
