Molly Campolong joins advisory board of Emerging Leaders program at Meritas
COLUMBIA, S.C. – Molly Campolong, an associate with Robinson Gray, has been elected to the Emerging Leaders Advisory Board of Meritas.
Meritas is an invitation-only alliance of business law firms which connects clients to high-quality, affiliate lawyers throughout the U.S. and worldwide. Robinson Gray was a founding member and remains the only member firm in South Carolina.
Molly and other members of the advisory board were introduced to Meritas members at the 2023 Meritas Annual Meeting. The program’s new name was also unveiled at the meeting. It was formerly known as of the Young Lawyer Program; the change was made to “Emerging Leaders” to better reflect the make-up and objectives of the group.
The Board’s purpose remains to provide opportunities for Meritas’ younger lawyers to meet each other and develop relationships for future referrals and collaboration. It will also drive engagement for such young leaders throughout Meritas and help them drive engagement for Meritas within their firms. Members often go on to serve on the Meritas board and on various executive, regional, practice group, and leadership committees.
At Robinson Gray, Molly splits her practice between commercial transactions and insolvency and creditor’s rights representation.
Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable John Cannon Few at the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of South Carolina. She earned her Juris Doctor at the Emory University School of Law in 2015, after having graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina’s Honors College in 2012.
