COLUMBIA, S.C. – Attorney Sheniya Marshall has joined Robinson Gray law firm as an associate.

Her practice is focused on insurance defense, primarily with matters relating to  commercial transportation, premises liability, and products liability.

Sheniya earned her bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of South Carolina in 2019, where she was also a member of the University’s Track and Field team. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law (now the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law) in 2022, with a concentration in children’s law.

Prior to joining Robinson Gray, Sheniya clerked for two private law firms. She also served as an assistant public defender at the Richland County Public Defender’s Office where she represented clients at all stages of criminal proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.

An active member of the South Carolina Bar, Sheniya currently serves as the Fifth Circuit Representative for the Bar’s Young Lawyers Division. She also coaches middle school mock trial through the Bar’s Law Related Education Division and is a member of the Practice and Procedure Committee. Beyond her professional commitments, she serves on the board of directors of the Midlands Area Consortium for the Homeless and volunteers with Richland County CASA as a guardian ad litem.
