Bailey Jackson joins Robinson Gray law firm
COLUMBIA, S.C. – Attorney Bailey Jackson has joined Robinson Gray law firm as an associate.
Her practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, with an emphasis on utility regulation and the environment, as well as business litigation.
She received her Juris Doctor this year from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Bailey was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. She was associate justice of hosted competitions with the Mock Trial Bar, president of the Federal Bar Association Student Division, and networking coordinator with Women in Law.
Before law school, the Summerville native graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College at the College of Charleston in 2020.
Before joining Robinson Gray, she clerked for the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff. She has also clerked for the Savannah River National Laboratory and the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, gaining experience with environmental compliance laws at the state and federal levels, regulatory law involving electric, water, and gas utilities, as well as state law regarding energy production and utility ratemaking.
