Court Walsh joins Robinson Gray law firm as a member
COLUMBIA, S.C. – Courtney Eamon Walsh has joined Robinson Gray law firm as a member.
Court Walsh is a litigator whose practice areas include administrative and regulatory law, construction litigation, and insurance.
He is licensed to practice in both South Carolina and Florida and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for both states, as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Court has handled complex litigation matters at various levels and has litigated and consulted on matters pertaining to construction projects, energy, the environment, and insurance. In the energy field, he deals with regulatory and litigation matters, and matters under the jurisdiction of state utility commissions.
Before joining Robinson Gray, Court was a partner with a major South Carolina-based law firm.
Since 2021, he has been honored by The Best Lawyers in America® for his practice in commercial Litigation, and in 2020 he was recognized as a member of the S.C. Supreme Court Pro Bono Honor Roll.
Court graduated summa cum laude from the Citadel in 2001 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 2004, graduating magna cum laude. While serving in the military, he was competitively selected for advanced legal studies and earned a Master of Laws degree with a focus on environmental and natural resource law from Harvard Law School in 2011. At Harvard, he was senior editor of the Harvard National Security Journal.
Court is a retired lieutenant colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and is a recipient of the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, and the Iraq Campaign Medal.
