Kelly Reese named Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Robinson Gray

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Kelly Reese has joined the team at Robinson Gray law firm as director of learning and organizational development. 

Kelly will lead Robinson Gray’s professional development program while working to maximize the firm’s resources, including its people, technology, and programs. She will also work strategically with firm leadership to further Robinson Gray’s strong focus on pro bono and diversity, equity, and inclusion. 

Kelly’s experience is in education, and prior to joining Robinson Gray, she was the principal of Lake Murray Elementary School for the past five years. Under her leadership, Lake Murray Elementary was named a Palmetto’s Finest School by the South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA) in 2023. 

Kelly holds several degrees from the University of South Carolina, including a bachelor’s degree in English, a master of arts in elementary education, and a master’s in educational administration.
