Sowell Gray’s Lindsay a member of Leadership Columbia Class of 2013

COLUMBIA, SC – Alexis K. Lindsay, an associate with Sowell Gray Stepp & Laffitte, LLC, has joined the Leadership Columbia Class of 2013.

Leadership Columbia helps up-and-coming business people connect more deeply with the community.

Sponsored by the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce, each year the program brings together future leaders, who attend seminars about everything from education to the environment. Class members also
participate in a group project aimed at improving the Midlands.

Lindsay’s selection for Class of 2013 continues the firm’s tradition of involvement in
Leadership Columbia. Sowell Gray associate Nicolas Haigler is a Leadership Columbia Class of 2010 alumnus, as well as recipient of the Glenn Jacobus Award. He remains on the program’s Board of Directors.

Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. She earned an IMBA at the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business and a juris doctor at the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Prior to joining Sowell Gray in 2011, she served judicial clerkships with U.S. District Judge Joseph F. Anderson and South Carolina Circuit Judge G. Thomas Cooper. Her practice at Sowell Gray centers on commercial litigation and business dispute resolution.
