COLUMBIA, S.C. – Member Kelly Morrow has been named leader of Robinson Gray’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Team, a key post at a firm where those values are deeply held.

Kelly has been very involved with the “You2 Team,” as the committee is known internally at Robinson Gray, since joining the firm in 2019. She started such a program at a previous law firm as well. She is a recent graduate of the Furman University Women’s Leadership Institute.

She replaces Beth Burke Richardson in the position. Beth was the DE&I Team’s first leader, and was honored by South Carolina Lawyers Weekly with its Diversity & Inclusion Award for 2019.

Representing carriers and employers, she has tried numerous cases before the S.C. Workers’ Compensation Commission. Kelly also regularly gives presentations and speaks on trends in workers’ compensation. She is a Board Certified Mediator.
