Molly Campolong named Chair of Meritas’ Emerging Leaders Advisory Board
COLUMBIA, S.C.– Molly Campolong, a member at Robinson Gray Stepp & Laffite, has been appointed Chair of the Emerging Leaders Advisory Board of Meritas.
Meritas is an invitation-only alliance of business law firms which connects clients to high-quality, affiliate lawyers throughout the U.S. and worldwide. Robinson Gray was a founding member and remains the only member firm in South Carolina.
The Board’s purpose is to provide opportunities for Meritas’ younger lawyers to connect and develop relationships for future referrals and collaboration. In her role as Chair, Molly will help guide initiatives focused on professional development, peer collaboration, and leadership opportunities for emerging lawyers across Meritas member firms. Molly joined the board in May 2023, served as Secretary from May 2024- April 2025, and served as Chair-Elect from May 2025- April 2026.
At Robinson Gray, Molly splits her practice between commercial transactions and insolvency and creditor’s rights representation. Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable John Cannon Few at both the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of South Carolina. She earned her Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Emory University School of Law in 2015, after having graduated magna cum laude from University of South Carolina’s Honors College in 2012.
