Kelly focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and workers’ compensation mediation.
Representing carriers and employers, she has tried hundreds of cases before the SC Workers’ Compensation Commission and is a certified Circuit Court Mediator. Kelly also regularly presents on trends in workers’ compensation to both clients and on behalf of professional organizations. Her excellence in workers' compensation law has earned her recognition by Best Lawyers in America since 2022, and in 2024, she was honored with the title of Lawyer of the Year. Kelly is an alumna of The Riley Institute and previously held the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair at Robinson Gray.
