Kaitlin focuses her practice on workers' compensation.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2025. While in law school, Kaitlin served as treasurer of the Health Law Society and was a member of both the Pro Bono Board and the Christian Legal Society. She received the CALI Award for Future Excellence and the G.G. Dowling Student Award. She graduated cum laude from Rhodes College in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in religious studies. At Rhodes, she competed on the swimming and diving team and was inducted into the Psi Chi, Theta Alpha Kappa, and Triota honor societies.

Prior to joining Robinson Gray, Kaitlin gained experience advising clients on medically complex matters, developing case strategy, and representing healthcare providers in professional liability and administrative proceedings.
