Areas of Focus
Kelly focuses her practice on workers’ compensation and workers’ compensation mediation.
Representing carriers and employers, she has tried hundreds of cases before the SC Workers’ Compensation Commission and is a certified Circuit Court Mediator. Kelly also regularly presents on trends in workers’ compensation to both clients and on behalf of professional organizations. She’s a Fellow of The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers and has been recognized for her excellence in workers' compensation law by Best Lawyers in America since 2022—earning the title of Lawyer of the Year in 2024. A Riley Institute alumna, Kelly also led Robinson Gray’s efforts as its former Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair.
