Michaela focuses her practice on workers' compensation.

Michaela graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law in 2023. During law school, she held several leadership roles, including serving as Symposium Editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and Vice President of the Health Law Society. Michaela began her legal career as a staff attorney at the South Carolina Court of Appeals and later practiced as an associate focusing on employment and labor law. Prior to law school, she earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Clemson University.
