Workplace culture has always been an integral part of our identity at Robinson Gray. We take pride in our work and our people, which is why we launched WorkWell in 2019.
This internal program helps us sustain our rare, special culture and foster an environment where we can all give, grow, and thrive.
Some of the key components that help us WorkWell:
- We focus on our people – the firm’s most important asset – by bringing people together, celebrating each other, and fostering our firm culture. We are proud of our culture and want Robinson Gray employees to be fulfilled by their workplace.
- We support the health and well-being of our attorneys and staff. We know the legal profession can be stressful and demanding, so we take the mental and physical health of our employees seriously. Robinson Gray encourages physical and mental wellbeing through fitness challenges, an annual flu shot clinic right here in our office and participating in self-defense and healthy lifestyle workshops.
- We provide our attorneys and staff with useful, relevant learning opportunities. It’s important to the Firm that we work smarter, not harder, so we’ve invested in state-of-the art technology. Robinson Gray strives to be ahead of the curve when it comes to training and professional development in our profession.
- We support a diverse workplace and provides an opportunity for everyone to thrive by embracing inclusion amongst our attorneys and staff and believe that different perspectives and experiences make our team better. We celebrate and embrace differences so everyone can thrive and feel valued.
