Sheniya focuses her practice on litigation matters involving premises liability, insurance coverage, and products liability.

Sheniya is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2022 with a concentration in children’s law and received the CALI Award of Excellence for Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing. She previously earned her bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of South Carolina and competed on the Track and Field team. After law school, she built experience in both private practice and public defense, including service as an assistant public defender in Richland County.

An active member of the South Carolina Bar, she serves as the Fifth Circuit Representative for the Young Lawyers Division, coaches middle school mock trial through the Bar’s Law Related Education Division, and is a member of the Practice and Procedure Committee. Additionally, Sheniya serves on the board of directors of the Midlands Area Consortium for the Homeless and volunteers with Richland County CASA as a guardian ad litem.
