Robinson Gray is seeking an Associate for our Workers’ Compensation team. The ideal candidate will work from our Columbia, SC office, but remote candidates within South Carolina are encouraged to apply and will be strongly considered. Applicants must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar Association.

We’re looking for an Associate who:

  • can handle all aspects of defending workers compensation claims for clients including insurance companies, risk managers, employer representatives, third party administrators and self-insured employers.
  • is proficient in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, appeals, mediations, subrogation, and settlement.
