Robinson Gray is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Paralegal to support the firm’s workers’ compensation team. Our work environment is innovative in its physical space, employee retention strategies, implementation of technology, and culture. We need creative thinkers who can help us maximize our efforts to create an inclusive, respectful workplace. Our paralegals are essential members of the team, working closely with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to keep cases moving efficiently and strategically.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or a Paralegal Certificate
- Experience in Workers’ Compensation defense
- Familiarity with the SC Workers’ Compensation Commission
- Technology proficiency
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
