Our lawyers have been involved in bankruptcy cases in which the debtors range from manufacturing operations, real estate development projects, dealership and franchisee operations, and grocery store chains.
In addition to general bankruptcy representation, we often assist clients in adversary proceedings, including defending our clients against preference and fraudulent conveyance claims. Our team is also well versed with the business and legal issues that can arise in business transactions and have the transactional experience to develop business solutions for problematic and challenging bankruptcy matters. As such, we frequently represent parties in asset sales and similar transactions within the bankruptcy case.
