Administrative & Regulatory
At Robinson Gray, we handle regulatory and administrative proceedings before a wide range of regulatory agencies and administrative courts. We have represented clients opposing rate increases proposed by various water and sewer companies as well as natural gas and electricity entities. We have also represented various utilities and cable television companies in litigation matters, including class claims by customers, unfair competition claims, and service area disputes. As these and other regulated industries continue to evolve, we provide legal assistance to help companies and consumers deal with current changes and also anticipate future challenges.
Our attorneys also have an extensive record in representing clients on government law and public policy issues. We offer advice to municipalities and to companies seeking to do business with local governments. Included in this advocacy is representation on public policy statutes such as the Freedom of Information Act requests.

We also work on behalf of entities and individuals seeking regulatory relief for certain licensing and permitting issues. We advise clients from the earliest stages through the more formal agency hearings.
Robinson Gray assists our clients in meeting their policy and regulatory objectives by developing a comprehensive strategy and advocating our clients’ positions. We believe that building a strong relationship with our clients is important in developing unique strategies that work for each individual client.
