Jasmine practices in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability and ethics, probate and estate litigation, and appellate advocacy, focusing on family law.

After earning her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Counselor Education, concentrating on Marriage and Family Therapy, she clerked for both the Honorable John D. Geathers and the Honorable Jasper M. Cureton at the South Carolina Court of Appeals. As a former appellate law clerk and staff attorney, Jasmine offers a valuable perspective on presenting issues before an appellate court.

Jasmine is very active in the South Carolina Bar and her community, serving on numerous committees and boards. She also co-chairs Robinson Gray's summer law clerk program which offers law students the opportunity to develop professionally though legal work, networking, and an introduction to the firm culture. Jasmine is the current chair of Robinson Gray's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

  • Represented employer in appeal related to occupational diseases as defined by the Workers’ Compensation Act, resulting in a decision in favor of the employer at the South Carolina Court of Appeals and Supreme Court denying the employee’s Petition for Writ of Certiorari.
  • Represented employer in appeal related to pre-existing conditions as defined by the Workers’ Compensation Act, resulting in a reversal of the decision of the Single Commissioner by the Full Commission of the South Carolina Workers Compensation Commission in favor of the employer and dismissal of the employee’s case.
  • Represented Personal Representatives of Estates in the administration of the estate and probate litigation matters.
  • Handled matters related to the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act.
  • Handled matters related breach of commercial lease agreements.
  • Represented lawyers and law firms in multiple legal malpractice suits arising from probate, business, litigation, and corporate matters.
